Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited published a notice of meeting on 7 July 2021 in relation to its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 18 August 2021 at 2:00pm NZST.
Today the company advises that it will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in person due to current concerns related to COVID-19 in Auckland and potential risks to the health of meeting attendees. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. This possibility was signalled in the notice of meeting.
Instructions for Annual Shareholders’ Meeting virtual attendance
To participate at the meeting online, go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/FPH21. You will require your shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes.
Shareholders participating in the meeting online will be able to vote and ask questions. Members of the Board will answer as many of the questions as possible during the meeting. Instructions for online participation and voting can be found in the company’s Notice of Meeting located at www.fphcare.com/asm.
