An evolution in our understanding of high flow therapy over two decades has resulted in the asymmetric F&P Optiflow DuetTM interface.

Using an asymmetric design, i.e., one small prong and one large we are able to amplify key mechanisms of action, to not only deliver but enhance high flow therapy.1
