One app. Two modes.

The F&P myMask App now has the functionality to provide selection and sizing support to two audiences: Patients and clinicians. Patient mode is suitable for those who would prefer to select and size their masks remotely. Clinician mode is designed for patients who prefer to select and size the masks in the clinician's office.

Clinician mode (in-person)

Clinician mode allows you to select and size your patients in person using proactive support tools to help increase patient-therapy competency and mask compliance.

Scan your patient's face in real time to discover their F&P mask size.

With step-by-step videos, patients feel empowered to solve problems quickly and in their own time, while building confidence in their journey towards better sleep.

Answer a series of questions to better understand your patient's needs then receive personalized mask recommendations along with details about their features.


Patient mode (remote)

Patient mode allows you to give your patients access to select and size themselves remotely using proactive support tools to help increase their therapy competency and mask compliance.

Send your patient an invitation to the selection and sizing features via F&P Services.

2.

Once the patient has the app downloaded, they will answer a series of questions to better understand their needs. Then they will receive personalized mask recommendations along with details about their features.

3.

Your patient will then be able to size their desired mask remotely. Once sized, they will be able to send their size back to you.

4.

After receiving their mask, the F&P myMask App continues to support them with step-by-step fitting, fine-tuning and mask cleaning videos along with troubleshooting advice in the Help menu.
