Select
Selection begins with a simple series of questions, leading to mask recommendations based on the patient’s lifestyle needs and sleeping style.
Size
Patients then scan their face with their mobile camera to receive an accurate sizing1 match.
Assist
Following Selection and Sizing, patients can access step-by-step videos showing how to fit, fine-tune and clean their mask. There’s also troubleshooting support available, just in case.
F&P myMask for clinicians
For clinicians who want bespoke functionality and advanced diagnostic tools, try Clinician mode or Patient mode on F&P Services. These alternative modes offer mask configuration, advanced selection and sizing tools, patient mask management, remote setup and continued patient support. Contact an F&P sales rep to enable access.

Two alternative modes
Clinician mode (in-person)
Clinician Mode is an in-person mode for analyzing multiple patients. It provides personalized patient insights and can easily be reset for the next patient.
1. Answer a series of questions
Understand the patient’s needs and receive personalized mask recommendations, including details about each mask’s features.
2. Scan the patient’s face in real-time
Discover their F&P mask size.
3. Access further sizing analysis and insights
Understand the patient’s needs and receive personalized mask recommendations, including details about each mask’s features
4. Share the recommendation and contact details
Share the unique QR code. Patients can download F&P myMask with their mask recommendation and your contact details preloaded, along with step-by-step educational videos.
Patient mode (remote)
Patient Mode helps you assist your patients when you can’t see them in person. It offers direct-to-patient invitations for remote selection, sizing, ordering and assistance using F&P myMask on their own device.
1. Send your patient an invitation
From the F&P Services dashboard, text your patients an invitation to download F&P myMask and access Selection and Sizing features.
2. Patient answers questions in the app
They’ll respond to prompts about their sleep needs and receive personalized mask recommendations with detailed information.
3. Remote mask sizing and ordering
Patients can size their desired mask remotely and place an order with you through the app. This mask information will show in your F&P Services dashboard.
4. Ongoing support
After receiving their mask, F&P myMask continues to help with step-by-step educational videos and your contact details available in the app.
